compagnies de transports \u00ab\u00a0Tramways, ommnibus\u00a0\u00bb, les services de la ville, les taxis et les fiacres priv\u00e9s encombraient les rues.<br pour le meilleur ami de homme qui semble t-il \u00e9tait sujet \u00e0 des soins attentifs.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Dans ces \u00e9curies de plusieurs \u00e9tages on y trouvaient une infirmerie, un L&rsquo;expression \u00ab\u00a0Jurer comme un charretier\u00a0\u00bb n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas usurp\u00e9e. <\/strong><br \/><strong>Les chevaux travaillait jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement sous les coups de fouets constant des charretiers qui n&rsquo;avaient aucunes compassions pour leur animal.<\/strong><br \/><strong>C&rsquo;est en Angleterre que la sensibilisation a commenc\u00e9 pour combattre la maltraitance envers celui qui deviendra le meilleur ami de l&rsquo;homme.<\/strong><br \/><strong>En France , c&rsquo;est en 1845 que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 protectrice des animaux a vu le
